Terms of Service

☆ By commissioning me, you agree to my terms of service.
☆ I have the right to refuse any commission.

Refunds
☆ Full refunds are allowed up until I begin work on a commission.
☆ Once I have started work on a commission, I do not accept refund requests. We can discuss the potential for a partial refund depending on the situation.

Intellectual Property Rights
☆ I reserve all intellectual property rights to the art created as a commission. That does not include the rights to the character(s) pictured, but only the the art itself.
☆ This includes the right to display commissioned pieces on my websites and galleries or to use it for profit, such as on prints or stickers.
☆ Commissioners can request for commissions to remain private. I am more than happy to accomodate this request, but it needs to be made upfront.
☆ Commissioners are granted a nonexclusive license to use commissioned artwork for personal purposes only and with proper credit. This includes reproducing the artwork, such posting online and printing for personal uses.
☆ Commissioners have the right to edit or otherwise manuplate their commission.
☆ Commissioners DO NOT have the right to use their commission for profit or claim it as their own.

Works in Progress
☆ Works in progress are provided for colored commissions at the sketch and lines phases.
☆ Commissioners can request more frequent works in progress, but this request must be made upfront.

Additional Costs
☆ Commissioners can request three small changes to a finished commission. Any large changes will incur additional cost.
☆ Complicated designs will incur additional cost depending on complexity.
☆ Shipping & handling for traditional pieces is not included in the cost of the commission and will incur additional cost.
