While access to unauthorized areas has been non-malicious, it is still highly advised to keep her at a safe distance from all electronics. Also uses highly unorthodox methods of persuasion. Methods include but are not limited to: hacking, water-based tech, scuba-diving, sex, etc. Has had adverse reactions to selacei known as sombat. Recommendation: keep sombat within sight of Unit: C313 at all costs. (Special note: while rare, possibility of selacei sombat and Unit: C313 to engage in recreational activities currently at 95%. The reality is that Ciel has a past of being a slight pain with what she can do, as she sometimes goes further than necessary, often gathering information so often that it became second nature.
