Report #32806
Staff: Dr. E Dulit
Patient: Gyna, Pasda F.
T: 02/3/2886
Patient was found in the fourth floor lab of western laboratories' east hall (BIO 23) following a distress signal transmitted through their staff communication device (CDTR) on frequency 3.102. When found, the patient was wearing standard operational attire, with the addition of a company issued respirator mask. The environment showed signs of a struggle, including one (1) broken containment tank, cracked tiles, and the warping/splintering of select cabinets. The broken tank has been sanitized and discarded.
Patient's body shows signs of blunt force trauma, minor lacerations to the face and shoulders, and severe bruising. Fur and skin on the patient's right arm, snout, neck, torso, and other regions of significant bruising appear to have been stained to a near-black color. When moving the patient into the holding wing of the infirmary, staff attempted to remove their mask; the patient responded by jolting fully upright and pleading for them not to. They were awake for four (4) minutes and fifty-eight (58) seconds before losing consciousness. No further attempt has been made to remove the respirator.
