I wasn't expecting this from the curse but thats why I always love this series, I am always curious how the curse affects the other characters as they travel across skyrim. I am curious where they'll go next. Maybe College of Winterhold, Fort Dawnguard, etc
I hope someone turns into a vampire and/or werewolf stereotype too in future

I would say... that we will see Parthunaax in TES 6 first. But not by far. And the far depends on mistakes they make while doing, issues they run into, and how much optimizing they have to do. Who knows? maybe they are also making a new engine?
Tho on the upside: if they use the same engine they gave skyrim in their latest special update, modding and using the console will be fairly rememberable.

An MMORPG is the end-stage cancer of worldbuilding; no one has ever managed to fit another game into the same universe after all that half-baked lore starts building on itself. But if I had to guess at a next game... Starfield had a -conspicuous- lack of original IP / franchise value. Like, they really had to have been trying to make it so purely vanilla. My thinking is that it was an experiment meant to remove variables; that way they could test how Bethesda fans would react to the idea of a comic-book-style timeline reboot.
Starfield may even have been an Elder Scrolls game all along, the distant-future result of the Heart of Lorkhan altering its own destiny. *Compares the rings and spokes in Unity visions with those of White-Gold Tower, connecting the dragonborn (starborn?) emperors to the blood of Lorkhan through the Amulet of Kings. Coincidence? I think not!*
But in the spirit of Sheogorath, I'm gonna go even more wacky and guess that TES 6 will -also- be another Skyrim edition, but set in a parallel universe. All the same places and characters, the only difference is that you can't kill butterflies to make anti-mage poisons. This changes the relationship between Nords and magic, so the Mages' Guild survives in Skyrim. Because of that, the College of Winterhold is able to prevent the city from falling into the sea, the balance of power in Skyrim remains stable, and the civil war never happens. Thus the prophecy is broken and the dragons don't return. Instead we get a whole different story revolving around the time wound, and it starts with a vision we get on grabbing that first butterfly.

(That said, I would unironically love it if they made one game where you just jump between remakes of every other TES game they've ever made, changing key timeline events and seeing the consequences in the style of Terranigma or Chrono Trigger. Clearly whoever came up with the idea of the elder scrolls themselves wanted to make a game like that, this franchise has more unused time travel possibilities than the movie Titanic.)
I think that, if timelines change between every new skyrim version, it would make kind of more sense. So each of them is a secret dlc, but to notice it, you would have to start from the start again. And I guess that, in case of worldbuilding in an MMORPG, there simply needs to be an excample, eventually, that it can be done. I guess?
But for sure, lets hope that with time, quality can come in one of various ways. No rush required, despite these fast times these days, and despite possible deadric shenanigans, equal the power of modding.

I was not expecting a Hercules-style musical number to introduce Paarthurnax, but I am absolutely there for it. Too bad that crafty dragon skipped out before meeting the hero(es). Maybe he left a note pointing them towards Alduin, that'd be a fitting punishment for the evil dragon.
It seems like they lucked out. They've completely become their roles. They aren't in a perpetual state of cognitive dissonance torture. Since the god of chaos will never let them go. And they still teach the dragon voice. Seriously, the curse was inevitable, they got off easier than any other characters in the comics!
So was Paarthurnax just chicken of the curse? Or was he worried the 'new her' wouldn't have the competence to actually help save the world?
But won't the quest market just lead the party to him regardless of where he is?

Well, Paarthurnax does play devil's advocate about letting the world end, which is probably an easier pill to swallow if you saw all your friends get murdered by the Akaviri and their own former worshippers.
That said, Alduin seems more interested in ruling Skyrim and likely doesn't have enough dragon henchmen to expand his influence much beyond it's borders. It'll suck for the dead people he's eating to power the dragon resurrections but eventually he'll run out of viable dragon corpses who are also willing to go with his Great Plan. Paarthurnax wasn't the only one to turn against him, after all.

Smart Dragon, as far as we know the curse requires being relatively near an afflicted person to spread the curse, so putting as much distance between you and them is probably the best coarse of action.
The good news is if Paarthurnax is scared of the curse then that means the average dragon might be vulnerable to the curse.
Maybe not in its standard form, but if say a certain dragonborn says the right shout, that has a good chance of working.
Though I will admit I am curious what a dragon would become.

He transform the fatefoul of the voice in a chorus of singing birds? Funny.
