We first meet Rustaman back here, where he warns Aleks that Zekiel is watching her.
Then we hear him screaming here, because he's having a major seizure.
It turns out the Zekiel is concerned about Aleks meeting Rustaman, and he tells Minalasi, who comments that it was Rust she heard screaming.
So there seems to be multiple factions at odds in the story, both in Baramor and the enclave.

It is understandable that you don´t know who this "new" character is- Giving how long it´s been since his appearance in a page.

He specifically and very eagerly wanted to meet Mori´rai to tell him something regarding the enclave and the matriarch.
But sadly, his recent seizure seems to have affected him so bad that he can´t quite keep his focus - But, to be fair, that IS quite normal yinglet behaviour as well sooo...
