Bio:
- was taken before windblight ganon killed him
- was given enhanced wind abilities, able to propel himself at blistering speed and fire wind wind projectiles
- given pamp arrows that can turn others into plump poofy pamps when shot at
- uses his advance aerial archery skills in combat to rain hell on enemies, especially when he uses bomb arrows
- always makes sure his ragtag siblings are safe especially on their adventures together
- blushes whenever his ragtag siblings cuddle up with him
- mark found on right leg

Story:
One day as Tulin was flying around TurtleReef, he happened upon a camp up in the peaks and so decided to check it out. When he landed, he found lots of supplies and a used campfire, but the strangest thing was stolen Osutsuki lab rations. Before Tulin could investigate further, he felt someone smoosh him with what felt like a beeg poofy pamp butt. Turning around he was absolutely surprised to see his beeg bro Revali, hugging him back as the birbs were happy to see each other doing ok. Both sat down to catch up on what they been up to, as Revali recounted how he escaped Otsutsuki lab and ended up in the desert region of Pangororia. He then flew his was here to try and scout out for any other lost ragtag, lucky for him that Tulin managed to find him as both bros had a good chat. Afterwards, both set off towards home in CrownReef, with Tulin excited to reunite his big bro with the other ragtags as Revali smirked thinking his lil bro to be a goober.
