Well, let's just say this Octavia feels like a beautiful angel who worked to ensure Order all around the Multiverse along with her sister-figure and bodyguard that she uses her magic, even though hers is demonic, to summon the angel wings and ring for them and seems to enjoy showing off for you guys. While she's at it, it looks like Loona's a bit shy about being an angel at the same time, for she may know Her Highness may sometimes fool around, but, at least they have each other to bond like sisters.
