They say if you can do anything, be kind, but you can't forget that it starts with being kind to yourself.
Go get yourself a treat, take a ridiculously long time to get ready for no reason, sleep in, go relax, go do nothing and don't ever feel bad about it.
Things are harder now more than ever , but it doesn't mean you have to be hard on yourself.
