✧ THE LEGEND ✧
The villagers speak of a flickering teal light deep within the fog a ghost to some, a demon to others. They are both wrong. Artax is the silence between heartbeats, the shadow that guards the gate.
He stands motionless, his dark fur rippling like charcoal smoke against the gray sky. He does not growl, he does not need to. The sheer weight of his presence is enough to still the insects in the grass and turn the boldest hunter back toward home.
✧ THE OATH-BLADE ✧
In his jaws, he carries the Ancient Reach. The hilt is cold gold, but the steel is alive humming with a soft, bioluminescent pulse that mirrors the ethereal markings on his coat. It is not merely a weapon, it is a key. As long as Artax holds it, the veil between worlds remains shut.
When the darkness beyond the fog begins to stir, the markings flare, the blade ignites, and the guardian awakens.Well, I sort of forgot to post that seemingly lol... Was back then an idea since I was playing Dark Souls again and as always quite fell in love with the concept of Sif and I wanted to have a nice wallpaper for my laptop :)
