Fluffball! Who's actually named Hel, but i don't think that was ever mentioned in Jagged Jimmy.
He named himself after Dimtiri's wife, Helena. Probably to troll Dimitri some more. Tho he did gain some of Helena's memories when he possessed her & absorbed her body & soul. So mabye part of him really does feel like Helena, he based his succubus form on her too after all.
