That's a cameo by the Agency's leader Mikhail Kirschner btw. And his pact demon Smile.

Smile is an extremely powerful demon, could trun people into obedient zombies with its slime. Powerful enough that i managed to *almost* incarnate. Its body was very unstable, however. Not nearly as sophisticated as the Jag tentacle demon.

When Mikhail went mad & was imprisoned, Smile went into hiding. Nobody knows where it went.
