Once again, I have redesigned Tia Circus, or well- Tia Tragedy and Comedy- for the "last" time here, keeping to my word on FA. I still won't be uploading every piece of Skin to Scales artwork I make, but... This one will absolutely work haha. Consider this to still be a "character concept" type thing I guess, but... Yeah- I'm kind of satisfied now with how she looks in comparison to the other designs I've given her. The biggest issues for me really was trying to make her "simple", yet complex since she's a dragon straight out of a circus, haha.
...Other than that? There's not much for me to say, it's just Tia Circus once again. Thank you all for sticking with me through it! Until next time!

This third edition just feels so much more complete here than the previous two, this is just the most wonderfully snuggable derg Tia Circus ever looks into your artstyle! I am just completely floored by how marvelously lovable your character works are here, and I am so flipping stoked to seeing alot more of Tia Circus in the future! Keep doing great!
