I will accept that this fusion doesn't make sense aesthetically. I had no clue who best represents Hajime until the days before I started on him.
This fusion relies exclusively on the lore behind both characters. I'd suggest reading the wikis for both because they can explain things a lot better than I can. For brevity, both characters started out as some freak experiment and the resulting fusion is their "evolutionary breakthrough", largely influenced by friendship. Also, they're both Normal types, in a sense.
