After the Tigress left, Rangetsu was in a confused state. He felt that he could help his friend, but then he or Kogenta would have to leave.
"Hey, are you okay?"
Kogenta sat down next to the big tiger. He was also not happy with the result.
"Look, I really didn't want this to happen," he said, trying to somehow apologize for everything.
"I didn't say you wanted that," Rang said, but the white tiger shook his head.
"Rang, I know I'm being a jerk, but you're important to me..."
The Black Tiger looked at Kogenta in surprise.
"Even in spite of our enmity?"
"Sometimes I wish шt didn't exist at all..." said the white tiger. "But we're two sides of the same coin."… And we're always at odds. You think I'm weak, I call you arrogant.
Kogenta wanted to get up, but Rangetsu's heavy hand covered him.
"Koga, I'm really not angry. And I'm ashamed to admit..."
The black tiger sighed, but still said,
"I wouldn't put up with you leaving the show either."
"And I wouldn't want to kick you out..." whispered Kogenta and nuzzled his brother's muscular chest. Rangetsu hugged him to himself and gently stroked his head.
"Even though we are in fanfiction, I do not regret that I am your brother, even if named," he said, after which he got up and carried the white tiger to his room. Kogenta smiled, snuggled up to him and fell asleep. They seem to have found a common language.
