i changed his name from montgomery to kamo.
it means duck in japanese i believe
he has an adventurous, bright, and naive, energetic personality. with little knowledge of the world, due to as he is part seahorse

idk if he should be another brother for evie, since he is magical like a little wizard, can control the weather a little, and can shapeshift
he was born a magical seahorse but later got a human-like form
he is friends with pulvei, denis, lisa, and darci. he is near the same age as darci, or maybe slightly older?
he looks very very similar to darci.. but they aren't related- maybe a counterpart?

what do you guys think? i kinda like the idea..
