anyways heres Charlie! sorry his ref sheet doesnt have a lot of written details or props and stuff. was kinda having a tough time with him but i still think his character came out nicely. hes kinda supposed to be Akuma's main servant in the cult that he has i guess, but im pretty sure he can live a normal life too, hence his casual clothing. i'll have a lil more lore and stuff on his nsfw submission
