My Lamb ends up having a sibling sort of bond with Shamura, and as they gained her respect during her crusades, she does her best to help them. She's not knowledgeable in the ways to heal their mind or take away the chronic exhaustion, but some stuff can be helped.

But in Leshy's case, his eye can truly be considered 'his eye' as Lamb used mostly material from his own body to make it. In Shamura's case, Lamb was too afraid to risk damaging Shamura's already poor health, and used her own materials instead since she got that 'come back from the dead' shit going on.
