She's lonely.

She's so pretty, but she's so lonely.

Lulu is the last of her species. She has no friends, no family, and brings out the worst of envy and inevitably only makes jealous enemies. She is too afraid to get attached to any one because she knows how easily she can lose those she gives her heart to. She hates her colors, she hates her long ears, she hates her feathery tail. She feels ugly, and behind her colors there is an endless darkness -- a depression she hides from all. She longs for love, she longs for friends, yet she is too scared to try; she is too afraid of death, both physical and emotional.

She cannot cry, she cannot smile, she cannot love nor hate. She is the embodiment of depression itself -- she simply does not care, as much as she does.

She is here to teach us to never judge a book by it's color.
