Is it Iceberg lettuce?

As with my bugs, my plants tend to be just "plants" which take inspiration from multiple different kinds

This one specifically was based on mint (obviously), mistletoe, and several Canadian broad leaf foliage, specifically the idea of the frozen plant which hasn't lost its leaves come winter.

Its also worth noting a head of lettuce doesn't have such defined thick leaves or clear pointed tips
