So I decided to make my character Laser, a Pikachu made out of concentrated light, capable of mega evolving as a result of events from an upcoming short story. :D Yeah, he just skips the part of having to be a Raichu first. Evidently, I went for Mega Raichu Y with him, as that one resembles Pikachu more. :3
