Warren Voydt, also known as the richest mon in Goblintown, is a notoriously wealthy landlord, politician, and, though the Regulators can't seem to make anything stick, one of the most powerful crime bosses in the Labyrinth. One of the three members of "The Triad," Warren Voydt is known as the public face of the operation as it's primary lawyer for it's public facing operations.
Allegedly the oldest member of the Triad -- though not it's leader -- Warren uses his skills as a lawyer to keep the other two members, Poff Burzugm and a shadowy figure known as "The Dragon" out of legal trouble. Warren is notoriously law-savvy, constantly finding judicial loopholes to get himself out of any problems -- and that's only if he doesn't manage to naturally talk his way out first. This near-encyclopedic knowledge of the law helps in his side hustle as a landlord for many properties across the floors. Rarely does he lose control over land, leaning on mortgages and leases to squeeze as much wealth as he can from his tenants without "making them pop." His ability as a negotiator comes in especially handy as his physical status is actually incredibly weak, being forced to rely on a cane to even stand for decent periods of time.
As a member of the triad, Warren is indirectly responsible for many of the more heinous crimes his partners commit -- livestock rustling, gang burglary, even "forced livestock," better described as slavery when at its worst. The triad has a virtual monopoly on crime in many of the city-floors of the labyrinth, and Warren's legalise has ensured that fact has never wavered.
That said, a wrench in his plans has arrived in the supposed Dragon Fiddler, Krystal Bellinsborough. If the prophecy of someone destined to free the mon from the Labyrinth is true, it'll put a significant dent in the legitimate AND illegitimate businesses he's worked so very hard to prop up... and something about her strange interest in helping people rubs Warren the wrong way, if only because it reminds him of someone from his past...
