The second in order, but not in importance, is OLIVER. A Dalmatian.

He works at the same newspaper as Charlotte. He is the new cartoonist, replacing the old one. (The previous one couldn't handle the pressure from the management and quit).
He graduated from an animation school. At first glance, he is a clumsy and awkward character, but when it comes to things he is interested in, he becomes sociable, almost obsessive.

Overall, he is a positive character whose development will be closely tied to being in the company of Charlotte and other characters. He has also had a passion for solving riddles since early childhood.

His main clothing is as shown in the reference, but again, he won't be confined to this look throughout the entire story
