But I’ve decided to incorporate Toothless’ dumbed down HTTYD3 persona in my AU as either his distant relative or an unrelated Night Fury named Brainless. Either way, he was dropped on his head as an egg which contributes to his blocky head, squashed together eyes, constant panting, horny dog-like behavior, and overall stupidity. Likewise the canon Light Fury in my version is just a severely deformed/inbred Arctic Shroud (one of my Fury fan species)

In my universe obviously Toothless never lost his HTTYD1-2 design + personality, so here he is looking at these abominations with disgust alongside his mate Subzero.

ALSO unlike all my other HTTYD fanart I mostly traced this one but I just had to show line for line how bad the art style has gotten throughout the films
