It's Spooky Month! Last year I did a bunch of classic horror story characters as pokemon: Count Dracula, Victor Frankenstein, Jekyll and Hyde, etc...

I decided I wanted to do something like that again this year but with a little twist. First of all, instead of horror I decided to go a different direction capturing another side of Halloween: Fun (with some scariness mixed in)
This year the theme is Fairytales.

I had an idea I wanted to explore:
These pokemon are NOT meant to be taken as the characters from their respective fairy tales, these are kids who are wearing costumes that allow them to embody the story for which they are dressed as and gain abilities associated with their character/story, so a character might not just be the character who they resemble but a culmination of the entire story, and stories can be very powerful!

Kaydie is a very young bandit girl who's has had to learn to take care of herself since her mother is asleep most of the time, and might not know that she exists. She doesn't trust other pokemon so she watches them from a hinding spot for hours fighting hunger while she waits for them to leave and then runs in to eat everything that hasn't been locked up and takes anything she wants. She does not yet completely understand the concept of manners

Kaydie embodies the spirit of the story: Goldilocks. I originally thought of making her a more on the nose Bear Pokemon like Teddiursa, but then I though "Oh wait Snorlax is kind a bear or at least bear adjacent" and Munchlax just eats everything it can sees. It seemed perfect to make a character represented by how she snuck into a family's home and ate their food based on a pokemon who is also characterized by stealing food.
