It's Spooky Month! Last year I did a bunch of classic horror story characters as pokemon: Count Dracula, Victor Frankenstein, Jekyll and Hyde, etc...

I decided I wanted to do something like that again this year but with a little twist. First of all, instead of horror I decided to go a different direction capturing another side of Halloween: Fun (with some scariness mixed in)
This year the theme is Fairytales.

I had an idea I wanted to explore:
These pokemon are NOT meant to be taken as the characters from their respective fairy tales, these are kids who are wearing costumes that allow them to embody the story for which they are dressed as and gain abilities associated with their character/story, so a character might not just be the character who they resemble but a culmination of the entire story, and stories can be very powerful!

Twin Sisters Himea (Kantonian Vulpix) and Hikea (Alolan Vulpix)

You have probably heard of Snow White, but did you know there is also a Rose Red? Their story is very disconnected from the version of Snow White you are probably familiar with: One day in the Winter a great big Bear shows up at Snow and Rose's house in the middle of a blizzard begging to be let inside so he can warm up and promises the two little girls he won't hurt them. The girls let him in their house and take care of the bear till spring, when the bear is ready to leave and is grateful to the girls for their kindness.
Then in the Summer the girls find a Dwarf who's beard is trapped under a fallen long. The Girls manage to free the Dwarf, but unlike the Bear he is ungrateful and storms off. This same dwarf proceeds to get himself into all sorts of trouble, and each time the sisters have to rescue him, and yet he is still ungrateful. Then eventually he manages to anger the Bear the sisters had saved and the Dwarf begs the girls for help, only for them to turn away and let him get eaten by the bear.

Snow White is noted to be quiet and shy and prefers to spend her time indoors, doing housework and reading. While Rose Red is outspoken, lively and cheerful, and prefers to be outside.
I wanted to go with the reverse of these having Hikea be the more extroverted sister because she is Icy and isn't easily bothered by what other people think as long as she is having a good time.
Himea is more introverted because she is very emotional and feels everything so the thoughts and feelings of other people get to her more and overwhelm her making her nervous around big groups of people she doesn't know.
