Well, here I am... Flynn's Arcade... Once a popular hangout spot for young teens and college students in the eighties for gaming, now a forgotten and abandoned memory. With the new movie, Tron: Aires coming out soon, I thought I head down there to see some arcades that have been collecting dust. Maybe find a way to turn the place on and play some games while I'm at it. My Youtube Channel does need this type of content.
As I was walking around the boarded up graffiti filled building, looking for a way in, I felt my foot stepped on something as I looked down to see what it was. Turns out, it was some strange looking futuristic disk that seems to be on the floor. Curious, I picked it up to get a closer look. From what I could tell, it must be those Identity disks from the Tron Franchise, used to store memories and throw as frisbees. I smirked as I thought it would be a cool souvenir to add into my room. However, just as I was going to put it away, the disk suddenly glowed and I felt a shock that was coursing through my body. That's when I noticed a message popping up in front of me with weird looking messages.
'New System Located'
'Installing Mara.exe'
The message caught me by surprise as I felt the world around me shake as the buildings, streets, and the ground on my feet digitize and broken down, leaving me levitating in what looked like a grid like mapping, preventing me from escaping. I soon saw a progress bar in front of me as it slowly inching to a crawl. Yet at the same time, I can see something strange happening to my body.
'Installation Progress: 10%'
As I look at my hand holding the disk, I noticed that it was shifting and thinning, becoming feminine as my arm slimmed and my jacket sleeve ripped and becoming skin tight with a yellow light appeared on it. Not to mention my skin starting to pale and gave a gray like color. Seeing that, I turned to my other hand as the changes happening there too. I starred on in awe at the sight of both my hands and arms shifting, wondering what is happening to me.
'Installation Progress: 25%'
As the progress bar slowly rose, I could feel the tingling sensation coming from my feet. Looking down, I noticed my sneakers growing heels as the laces and patches smoothed over, leaving me with a completely black color with blue and yellow light designs starting to appear, at the same time, the bottom of my pants started to merge as the black color spreading upwards, letting my legs thin and a pair of long blue lit lines soon following. Looking down, I noticed that I have futuristic heels with long female legs. Compared to my hands and arms, it's like I am becoming female. But why? Why am I being female? Is the disk causing it?"
'Installation Progress: 50%'
I see the progress bar reaching to the halfway point as my shoulder narrow and thin away as both my jacket and shirt were merging and the design in the front faded away. But that's not all. I can feel my chest expanding and inflating like a pair of balloons as blue and yellow lights appeared with a circle across my increased assets. I was surprised to see I gained a pair of breasts as I use my free hand to feel it. But instead of a squeeze like you usually feel, I only felt my breasts were more stationary, like there's no giggle, despite the size and mass. It's like I was a video game character, a program, which I am.
Wait... Did I say I was a program? That doesn't sound right. I am a user. Er... That doesn't sound right either. User... Program... User... Program... Why can't I saw what I need to say?
'Installation Progress: 75%'
That thought was soon interrupted as I felt a little quizzy. What I didn't know is that both my top and bottom part of the black spreading reached my waist area and connected together, merging my pants and shirt/jacket and the belt I had on derezzed to nothing. It's like a was wearing a black tight body suit. It's then that my hips started to expand and was giving me a curvy shape. At the same time, my butt expanded behind me to help accommodate the hourglass which, like the chest, was stationary as well, preventing it to giggle from the movements. But the one thing I felt the most is that my own privates started to suck in and my crotch was flat. But yet, I don't have the female parts what's so ever, let along plumbing, just a smooth surface where my privates should've been. In fact, I don't have many of bodily functions to speak of. No heart beating, no lungs breathing, nothing. Just what I feel like is code coursing through my body. Yet surprisingly enough, I was still alive.
Looking down, I look like a female from the neck up with my head the only thing left, hearing a black jump suit with blue and yellow neon lights. I feel like a female program actually. But I am a female program, right. But I am a user. Or was I? It's getting difficult to process.

As I was trying to process it all, my head was getting all tingling as I knew my head is the last thing to go. From right to left, my skin paled to gray as my features were gaining some female qualities. My Sunglasses and cap joined my belt as it derezzed out of existence. And my hair shot up and brightening to a aqua green color and restyled into a unique looking bob cut. with a curl to the ends

My mind was altering heavily as I feel my own memories, knowledge, and personality in the real world was deleting from my head. I can feel my own life slipping away...

I could soon feel new memories entering my mind now, memories such as working in the garage, having good friends, wishing to fight against the opposition, it's happening too fast. My human brown eyes were turning aqua aqua green as the last of my self erasing itself. I am trying to fight it, but it was impossible! I can feel myself fading...slipping...

Mara was fully changed as the mapping around her reconfigured and rebuilt into a new world, one where programs exist peacefully. With the world fully changed, Mara's feet planted on the floor and her eyes were closed for a brief moment before opening again, with the lights blinking in her eyes. Rubbing her head, she was a little woozy and disoriented.
"Argh... My head... Felt like I went through ten round in Disk Battle. Where am I? What was I doing?" she said in a female and digital voice.
Turning around, she noticed the building in front of her. It was Flynn's Arcade, but instead of it being run down, it's new and futuristic. Starring at it, her memory banks were fully rebooted and remembered what happened.
"Oh, that's right! I was suppose to meet up with Beck and Zeb for some gaming at Flynn's during our break." she said as she looked around. "Strange... I don't see them anywhere. Maybe they're inside."
So she attached the identity disk on her back, not knowing how she had it in her hand in the first place, and said, "Better get in and find them. I so need to get that high score at Space Paranoid." she said with a smile.
And so Mara headed to the arcade, not realizing who she once was and ready to embark on her new life.
