The collar is a fashion choice, not an obligation to the Shadow Wizard Money Gang. The display on the side of her head is linked to her Clockwork Sorcerer spellcasting. In combat, it'll display time remaining on any concentration spells she's holding. Otherwise it'll flash numbers when doing mental math. I could also have it be a digital clock, for laughs.
