SonicSweeti is running an Artober sequence again (and as of this posting there are still several slots left!) and one of the ones I decided to get was this one: Dream.
The character here is Delilah, a character from some RP with
NewtypeX several years ago. She was a deer dream spirit who ended up bonded to a young fellow named Quinn after some magical adventures, and the two of them spent some time having each others' backs: she could protect him from being attacked via dreams by other mages, while he could grant her a degree of reality and consistency that few dream spirits ever really achieved, making her a significant power in the dream realm.

Charming pic! The idea of being protected while dreaming in exchange for enhanced access to the waking world is a great one. Thank you for sharing!
Even without the 'access to the waking world' part, just having someone with a fairly consistent vision of you is a benefit for a dream spirit, allowing one to maintain more of a sense of identity over time.
