Arkaia is Caspre's roommate and best friend since middle school. She has a bold personality, being at times too brutally honest, while other times being calculated to "work the moment". She can be seen as a bit vain, as she often puts a lot of weight in appearances and superficial perceptions. That being said, she often craves validation that she has value, and often persues things that validate her. For example, she works for a small women's wear business as a model. In her school years, she was part of the cheerleading team, and through Caspre's support, eventually became a rookie competitive tennis player. She's dated lots of guys, and currently is "betrothed" to a partner (hence the ring around her arm). There is some doubt how long that will last, though. As for her family life - she is the second of 3 children, and while she's on good terms with her parents, he siblings are cold to her for how she often would take charge of situations that made their desires feel unheard.
