Experimenting with watercolors again now that I have some 100% cotton paper. It's hard to judge the difference since I'm a novice, but it at least feels like what experienced watercolorists say is true about paper making a big difference. The paint felt like it behaved more, and the blending didn't feel as... muddy? Maybe I was just being more patient and doing less blending that changed the hue ^^;
