So y'all know how back in the old yonder year of 2024, the Regional Miku trend was in full swing, right? At some point, Rtil drew a Pacific Northwest Miku, and this design has irreversibly altered my brain chemistry and she's been haunting me all this time (she just like me fr fr). Adding to it the fact that I've been watching quite a few videos on YT focusing on nighttime maps in Gmod that looks like straight out of, like, 90s/00s east coast, and I've finally caved and created a proper creature to reflect both vibes.

Also, I'm transplanting the name "Rory" onto her; I did have a character named Rory before, but I've never really done anything with her, so I might as well just turn one into another or whatever.
