This started as a one-off short-story posted last month. But it kept nagging at me to become something more than that. So, it went from 2K words/5 pages to 26K words over 56 pages. Story inspired after returning from my annual fishing camp with my father and kid brother, though that trip turned out nothing like this story though my brother, father, and I took turns getting skunked playing cribbage several times while at fishing camp.
