Another old OC based on a dream I had eons ago, In this dream their was a red cape wielding flying Wartortle taking on and defeating tones of different Pokemon in a timed battle arena. It was basically a boss rush, with this guy flying about like superman and using a move that looked like a combo of Skull Bash and Sonic the Hedgehog Homing Attack. The dream ended during the final match up, where this guy was VS a Blastoise.



On of the things that always stood out about this guy other than his cape was that the back of his shell was a dark green colour, so I decided to adjust his design a bit, lean into the 'Superman' like stuff and have more green kryptonite like crystal on his body. I kind of wish I had I had made the crystal in his chest more like a Deoxys gem, I think that would have looked better, maybe I'll do another update to his design later.
