The whole 3rd movement fits! Then again, the entire 3rd movement is shorter than the excerpts I chose from the 2nd movement, so it makes sense.
This is a waltz. There are cool lines for the woodwinds and strings, and a couple of short-but-difficult passages in the middle. The "fate theme" from the first movement appears near the end, with unison clarinets and bassoons. Enjoy!

Well after Beethoven symphonies got a lot longer. I think only the third movement fit into one submission, so you'd have to cut the other movements up, maybe into more than two submissions each(!) unless you sacrifice quality to save memory. These are already reduced by 2 or 3 quality levels and still way too big! >o<
Depends on the length of the movement. If it's just over the 10 minute mark (1 minute is usually the equivalent of 1MB for more than decent quality) and I can just lower the quality a tiny bit as I did with Schubert 8, Beethoven 1, and the second movement of Aranjuez, it's fine.
If a movement is from 15 to 20 minutes long (which the movements of Tchaik 5 seem to be), I'd probably cut each movement (save the third) in half.
Also yeah quality of the recording equipment plays a role. I've found my music to be a bit bigger in file size when I went from SCCC to SBU, since they had better recording equipment. XD
