Tir may not be invincible but he is durable and brave and I'm sure the RPDS took good care of him as he recovered, just as he did for them by taking the hit. Also a reminder that Tir's not just a tank as given the instinctive knowledge of plants, he's excellent in a support role.
The Hip Chip Clan are always ending up having a rough time of it whenever they appear, though they do bring it on themselves sometimes with a lack of common sense, though maybe Fyodor thanked them for the welcome relief from a hot day after he'd put them on ice.
Hopefully Fyodor doesn't get disturbed too many times by well meaning but mistaken individuals thinking he's succumbed to hypothermia when he's just having a peaceful slumber.
