Torturer is my Slugcat OC from Rain World, a mirror of Artificer and on the same timeline as her. i made him as a ship for Artificer because the "canon x canon" aren't from the same timeline and because she needs someone, besides... at least there's a new member to help attack Scavengers.
Torturer crafts electric spears and bombs (looks the same as normal ones but blue "X" instead), this art is from Picrew before the one i made it from stopped working

Story: Torturer used to see scavengers as equals, he was holding 2 pearls to pay 2 scavenger tolls. during the first toll payment the scavengers got greedy and attacked his neck to steal the extra pearl. he was lucky to survive, waking up all alone and with enough time to find the nearest shelter before the end of the cycle. he then found a red bandana abandoned by someone there and started using it to cover the scar on the neck. he now uses his electricity to find every scavenger and electrocute them, making electric spears and electric bombs to easily hunt scavengers
