It's not easy trying to be a medic in the wastes, you do what you can in order to keep not only your self but those around you alive too. Being surgical with a blade and a rifle help greatly, especially when you need some new organs and so many wonderful bandits and raiders who will happily volunteer there's with some 7.62x39 persuasion.
