bonus lore: i wrote a little flavor text for it too ! in the style of an in-game pearl that'd be read by looks to the moon:
[ exp_04 pearl read by lttm ] this pearl contains notes relating to an experiment conducted by two droplets, ripples in still water. two theorized that to fulfill the requirements necessary to cross oneself out, one would need to remove their ability to commit taboos altogether. the theory suggested that a mind capable of committing taboos with a body incapable of such would be the perfect vessel for void fluid assisted ascension. they created a heavily modified purposed organism as an experiment - this organism lacked a mouth, reproductive organs and limbs. as their experiment was largely frowned upon, two droplets elected to transfer their own consciousness to conduct it. not much is known about the fate of two droplets or their experiment. some believed that their motives were ultimately lead by selfish desire for extreme physical alteration, however these rumors were unsubstantiated.
