The Greatest Adventure is There if You're Bold...
Hello everyone, as I said from my latest journal post I'll be uploading things from my DA to my FA very slowly. Everything is copied from there.
Hee-Ho, howdy everyone! Today I bring you an image of my favorite burglar- I mean, adventurer. Bilbo Baggins from "There and Back Again", or well, "The Hobbit"- haha, I'll stop with the puns now.
...I have a very personal connection to these books, mostly the Hobbit as it was one of my all-time favorite stories as a child. I'd be amiss if I didn't say Tolkein's work didn't inspire me in some way. Frankly, I would be doing a whole lot more fanart of the characters from his work, but...
...I sort of have my reasons not to with those who now own his work and how much they disrespected his legacy...
So, uh- Yeah, this piece is dedicated to the man who taught me to embrace adventure and change. The man who helped me pick up a pencil and start drawing. The man himself, John Ronald Reuel Tolkien

OMG! This was just so flipping adorable to see from you, especially with how you're able to adapt Bilbo's design into your wonderfully adorable and wholesome style! You're such an exceptionally talented artist, and I'm so honking hyped to seeing more amazing works like it in the future! Keep doing great!
