So im house sitting and dog sitting my friends Corgi, Charlie... And he came in the house yesterday with this baby in his mouth. I panicked thinking she was dead. Her eyes were closed and she wasnt moving.I looked outside for a mother, siblings ANYTHING but there was nothing. I washed her and removed all her fleas. A bout an hour later she opened her eyes and has been clinging to me since. Ive named her Emilie, and decided to keep her, with my parent permission of course. :) (i move out within the next few months anyways ^^)

You might look into a pyrameth-based flea, mite, and louse spray for small animals. They smell like an old medicine cabinet, but they're a very safe bet when you're not sure how to dose other parasite meds on exotics, and help get rid of the first wave of insects. Should be between 5 and 10 dollars for many baths worth in a spray bottle.
Very cute! Glad you grabbed her quick. A friend of mine had a possumpet and she was quite sweet except to men. I don't know much about raising them myself, but they seem to make reasonable pets. Be sure to socialize her though? O_o *shrugs* I don't know why my friends possum hated men, and that's the only thing I could figure, was that she hadn't been around enough while growing up.
