this is what my fursona would've worn after having his Time Lord essence ripped from him and forcibly turned into a mouse by Esmerelda for standing up against her after being tempted to join her. Tanner's cloak was made as a gift to him by a Delphox girl named Ember in an attempt to cheer him up and since his old coat and glasses had become too big for him not to mention damaged, the cloak was made from a piece of old cloth and string it even came with a hood in case he needed it. Tanner would wear this cloak for quite some time until he met Angelina and moved to Mouseville wear he then got his offical outfit. (he still has the old cloak to this day stored away somewhere)
