It came as no surprise to Sully that his pumpkin won first prize again this year. It required a forklift to lift it up onto the winner's haystack, which it thoroughly squished.
Come to think of it, did it get even bigger on its way to the barn? That didn't make sense. Maybe it was his imagination.
He'd certainly caught some strange looks on the way here. He could have sworn they were looks of fear and not appreciation of his stupendously large pumpkin. That too was very odd.
Well, the fox judge slapped the blue ribbon on the only serious contender and all that was left was to pose proudly for photos.
Wait... was that the sound of schlorping and panic?
Couldn't be. Pumpkins don't do that. That must be his imagination too.

Emmet is always rewriting DNA, Sully doesn't know enough to keep his paws out of things he doesn't understand, and Sully could also stand to be more diligent about washing his paws before he heads out to tend to his hobbies.
