I decided to remaster an old character from 2018, way back in those distant years. Her name is Sergeant Eliza Shin-Wan, 25 years old, born in July 1976 in Arizona, United States. The information I have about her, well, let's say it's lost, it's kind of lost. Believe me, I did this at a time when I wrote up to three notebooks about a furry universe.
