Penny the Chihuahua

Abilities: Rubber Manipulation, Rubber Mimicry, Elasticity, Rubber Defense, Rubber Attacks, Elastic Combat, Elastic Shapeshifting, Cartoon Physics, Toon Elasticity and Impact Absorption.

Bio: Penny is one of J.C.’s cousins, Mickey’s twin sister and one of the adopted children of Kim the Wolf. Penny along with her twin brother, Mickey used to live with an elderly woman who was once a skilled mage. She discovered Penny had rubber-based powers and taught her how to control her newfound abilities from shapeshifting to absorbing attacks and resisting hot and cold temperatures. After the mage passed away from old age, Penny has been watching over her home with Mickey until she was taken in by Kim, offering her a new home and family. Since then, she’s been really helpful towards her family. She became very useful in recon due to her abilities, mostly in hard-to-reach places or areas. Her family offered to help strengthen her abilities so that she can use them to help people. Penny has been using her rubber abilities for offense and defense while protecting her family. Surprisingly, she gained an interesting ability known as “Toon Force” which allows her to bend reality to make situations “Comedic” or “Funny”. This even makes the elastic properties of Penny’s rubber powers on a level so ridiculous it becomes cartoon-like. Sometimes she would use this for emergencies in battles, but mostly for pranks and making others laugh.
