closest i have to a balloon character is my robot fella whose abdomen is made of stretchy rubber for.. uh... reasons! totally not for anything inflation related that may happen when plugging their tail into and outlet!

oh yeah did i mention that being plugged in will cause them to inflate over time because "overcharging" or something-
