Sly Stone, the Frontman for Sly and the Family Stone passed away. Best known for his music and songs in the 60s and 70s. Using a mix of Soul and Rock, songs like 'Dance to the Music' , 'Everyday People', 'Thank you for being a friend', 'I want to take you Higher', 'If you want me to stay', 'Fresh'.

Sadly like most rockers in the late 60s and early 70s, Sly did massive amounts of drugs, effetely it ended the group.

In 1993 he was inducted in the Rock And Roll Hall of Fame.

Sly is gone, but his music will live on.
