made this guy to be a bit of a contrast to my character Jason, who's an insuffrable asshole
This guy, Zeke Harborne, is a lot more laid back and is actually tolerable to talk to, if you don't mind his laziness and laid-back attitude.
He's a retired security officer from Southport Harbor, he had to retire early due to health complications with him just. being fat, and let's be honest there's a bit of fatphobia in this world so they didn't want him around wasting space
