Updated and added some color to the linework of my camel OC from a while ago. Decided to keep the name Jewel (though, technically it's "Jewel of the Desert") and I've since added some character details.

Though she looks like a camel, she is actually a being akin to a fae. Her real form is unknown. Perhaps she doesn't really have one. She finds humans amusing and takes a great interest in finding out what makes them tick. Since her home is the desert, she appears as a camel to people who are in need, often carrying water.

Able to talk telepathically, she will offer help in the form of sustenance and transportation, but the human would need to offer up something in return. Doesn't have to be physical. It can be an attribute like a talent or otherwise. The goal is to see what they are willing to give up to be saved. If what is offered satisfies her, she will take them out of the desert. If not, she will ask for something else specific depending on the person. If that is refused, she will vanish and leave the person to fend for themselves.

Any "payment" is transformed into a jewel which she keeps in a collection and can be used to decorate various outfits that she can add to her camel form. I intend to update this reference to include her clothes, but don't know when I'll do that, so I'll just post this version for now.
