gonna show this to my psychiatrists this week, idk what this is called but its getting in the way.

Shan is a white mouse with blue ears, nose, hands, feet and tail as well as long black curly hair. He is curvy and chubby with a large bosom. The blue parts have light blue polka dots scattered around. He has reddish brown eyes.

I've seen that before, but i try to ignore the Internet canon of psychology as they kinda just put things under "autism" or "adhd" when there are lots more, equally debilitating neurodiverse issues. i personally dont think i have adhd, but whatever this is has ruined so many days and even weeks for me. i hope my psychiatrists can help me out now that ive been able to put this to paper.
