Funny enough, I was going to draw an entirely different character, but after remembering that Egg Pawn is in Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds and Koopa Troopa is in Mario Kart World, I knew I had to draw the Redipharon Soldier. After drawing the head and eyes, his design looked kind of boring, so he added his mouth and eyebrows to give the emblem variety.
